Lynn Warschauer, a licensed massage practitioner since 2002, utilizes a variety of massage styles, skills and techniques to serve her clients needs. Her specialty is cranio-sacral technique; a technique that acknowledges the interconnections of the mind, body, and spirit. This massage can create deep relaxation in the brain and the body and often improves ones sense of well being.
Lynn is an expert in injury care and prevention plus an active partner in designing programs of self-care for her patients and clients. She is well versed in treating acute and chronic neck, back and lumbar pain as well as headaches and general stress. She works with motor vehicle and work related injuries and sciatic pain as well as fibro- and polymyalgia.

Her massages can be deep and effective or profoundly relaxing mini-vacations and tension releasing time-outs that change the body, relieve anxiety, and promote general well being. She is a provider for most medical insurance carriers in the greater Seattle area, including Labor & Industries (L&I) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP).
